The Willowfork Fire Department is proud of being actively involved in the community and also welcomes the opportunity to showcase its personnel, emergency apparatus and modern Station.  The Department tries to be accessible and visible to the public in a variety of ways.

Station Tours
Tours generally include a safety discussion by a firefighter as well as a tour of the Station and its apparatus.  Tours should be arranged at least two weeks in advance to avoid conflicts with other scheduled events or department training.

Public Appearances
Fire Department personnel and apparatus may be scheduled to appear at schools, churches and other public functions but are not available for corporate or private events.  Public Appearance requests should be made at least two weeks in advance.

Celebrations/Birthday Parties

Because the on-duty personnel can be dispatched without warning to an emergency, it is not possible to schedule celebrations or birthday parties at the Station.  An alternative suggestion would be to schedule a Station Tour for the party guests and then go to a private facility for the party refreshments.

Ambulance/EMT Visits
Please call the Fort Bend County Emergency Medical Service Department to schedule appearances by an ambulance crew or EMT.  They can be reached at 281-342-7233.

Since the Willowfork Fire Department is a working fire department, it may be necessary to cancel a scheduled event without notice or leave one quickly due to an emergency.

Schedule Tour / Public Appearance

Tours and public appearances must be scheduled and approved in advance.  Please make your request for a PR event at least two weeks prior to your event date.

The earliest time available is 10 a.m. daily.
